How it works

  • Step 1: Pick up what you don't need

    When you book a pickup appointment, we arrive at your home or business within the scheduled timeframe. With your first scheduled pickup, you will receive madR disposal containers to simplify disposal and pickup.

    We’ll take it all! This includes your recycling, upcycling, reusables, and unsalvageable items that you don’t know how to dispose of.

  • Step 2: Identify value for you

    We will review and organize your items to identify their next destination and their associated value. Based on the contents, you will receive a report and a portion of that value back!

  • Step 3: Properly recirculate and dispose

    Your items will be delivered to their proper channels, including recycling transfer stations, upcycling facilities, composting sites, philanthropic centers (e.g., goodwill), and, as needed, landfill.
